IPW Systems a.s was established in 2002 with the philosophy “The paperless organisation”.
The philosophy began with IPW Reklamation, electronic recording and management of customer complaints.
Our objective has always been to develop standard solutions that can easily be adapted to handle clients’ specific needs with regard to electronic records such as customer complaints, for example.
The handling of complaints is often undertaken by the quality department of a company, which is where the idea of “Quality Management Software” arose.
Quality departments were called upon just to eliminate the many binders of paper copies of manuals and forms. The philosophy of “The paperless organisation” was therefore extended and today IPW’s platform includes a wide range of web-based tools for:
